At 15.46 Alun Davies raised a point of order relating to the opportunity for Members of the Senedd to scrutinise Designated Members under the Cooperation Agreement during Senedd proceedings. The Deputy Presiding Officer indicated that this would be given consideration.
At 15.47 Janet Finch-Saunders raised a point of order in relation to the accuracy of two points made by the Deputy Minister for Climate Change in his early response to her questions. The Deputy Presiding Officer indicated that the Deputy Minister would review the transcript and correct any inaccuracies if necessary.

At 17.03, the Deputy Presiding Officer reflected on the use of the word ‘insane’ by a Member during item 3 earlier in the day. Although directed towards a government decision and not an individual, he stated that the language used was inappropriate and he invited the Member to reflect on it and to ensure future contributions are respectful to all.

8 Debate: The Police Settlement 2023-24

To propose that the Senedd, under Section 84H of the Local Government Finance Act 1988, approves the Local Government Finance Report (No. 2) 2023-24 (Final Settlement - Police and Crime Commissioners), which was laid in the Table Office on 31 January 2023.
The motion was agreed in accordance with Standing Order 12.36.
